Why We Started

It began with a simple question: If we don’t speak for ourselves, who will?

We started noticing a pattern — headlines celebrating AI breakthroughs while quietly reporting mass layoffs. People were being pushed out of jobs, not for underperformance, but because a tool could do it faster or cheaper.

We’re here to change that narrative. To speak for those left out. To demand a future where progress doesn’t come at the cost of people.
